By accessing or using our business profile link service (ProfileLink™) - commonly referred to as a mobile business card service (the 'Service') - you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms of Use ('Terms'). BlueSkyEcard™ allows users to create and share mobile business cards. The Service enables the collection and sharing of contact information, social media links, and other relevant business details for networking and professional purposes.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

By using the Service, you grant BlueSkyEcard™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and share your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
